Located just a one-minute walk from Awajicho Station, Kanda Matsuya is a long-established soba restaurant founded in 1884. Even the exterior, which exudes a traditional Japanese atmosphere, sets high expectations for delicious soba. Inside, the restaurant is filled with a historic Japanese ambiance, and guests can watch the soba being made through a glass window.

The soba noodles are carefully prepared, with the amount of egg water used as a binder adjusted according to the time and climate, resulting in noodles that are both firm and smooth.
