An authentic sushi course that brings out the rich flavor of sea urchin, which is only in season during this summer season.

This is the course content for one day.

・Capellini with sea urchin・Sea urchin nigiri・Bonito nigiri・Purple sea urchin rice bowl with shell・Turtle medicinal soup・Swordtip squid and purple sea urchin nigiri・Medium fatty sea urchin hotdog・Sea urchin tofu・Horse mackerel nigiri・2 types of pickles・Hamo tempura with sea urchin harmony・Red pickled nigiri・Small fish nigiri・Live prawn nigiri・Two-coloured sea urchin nigiri・Kappa roll・Soba noodles with sea urchin and dried mullet roe・Melon daifuku and crème brûlée
