Yufuin, a hot spring town famous throughout Japan. A Japanese restaurant [Yamadarou] who is said to be visiting the town and no one knows it. The dishes are served using vegetables and Bungo beef grown by local farmers. When I reopened [Yamamoto esophagus], I received a lot of guidance from Kenichi Arie of [Yamashiro].
