Their selection includes chicken tail, pork tongue, chicken skirt, and gizzard, each grilled over charcoal with different seasonings. Served with green onions and yuzu pepper that give the dish lean flavors, letting one fully enjoy the aftertastes that only charcoal grilling creates.
