2. HAKATA winery Takenoya

HAKATA winery Takenoya, located in a building directly connected to Hakata Station, is a wine bar where customers can enjoy draft wine brewed at Hakata Wine Brewery JRJP, located in the neighboring building. Their specialty, "Hakata Guruguru Torikawa," is a dish made by wrapping thick chicken neck skin piece by piece around skewers, marinating them in a secret sauce, and grilling them to perfection. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of à la carte dishes, including those made with Kumamoto Akaushi beef.

The open terrace seating is illuminated by natural light streaming from the ceiling, enhancing the appeal of the dishes. The wine is produced by a winemaker certified as a wine brewing technology manager, a qualification held by only about 170 people nationwide in Japan. By ordering the "Barrel-Fresh Draft Wine Tasting," customers can enjoy a tasting of wines brewed at the Hakata Wine Brewery JRJP restaurant.
