Sample Kobo is playing an important role to promote the attractiveness of Gujo-Hachiman and food samples to more people. The impressive shop is a 150 year-old town house, remodeled to be a shop and workshop.
Looking at the craftsmen producing high quality, realistic food samples should be an impressive experience. Even you can try to make your own sample by yourself. At the trial workshop you can make three tempura samples -- they will be good souvenirs! Reservation by phone is required. Why don’t you try it?
