Mr. Tachiwana was born in 1986 in the Hokuriku region. He has honed his skills as a chef in the Hokuriku and Tokai regions. Specializing in Japanese cuisine, he has thoroughly explored diverse local ingredients and food cultures. Currently, he serves as a chef at Nagoya Cochin Ichio, meticulously crafting exquisite dishes that highlight the unique appeal of Nagoya Cochin.
