Shabu-shabu Temujin is a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant produced by the popular Hokkaido restaurant Jingisukan Temujin. With the image of the Taiwanese hot pot, they have adopted a one-person hot pot style that even one person can easily enjoy. Choose from three types of meat: beef, lamb, or Sangen pork from Kaminokuni-cho, Hokkaido, and select your favorite flavor from six types of soup stock. The self-service corner has a variety of dipping sauces and condiments for your own special taste. The interior of the restaurant, where the colorful furnishings create an exotic atmosphere, is a cozy space. It can be used in various scenes such as family, meals on the way, and dates, as well as a one-person hot pot. Each time you visit, you will discover a different taste and a new way to enjoy hot pot.
