MINAMI sushi OSAKA, located on the second floor of a building in Osaka's Minami district, is a restaurant where the owner, Mr. Minami, who is dedicated to sushi, treats diners with his sophisticated work. He opened his restaurant in Namba in 2016 and renewed in Shinsaibashi in 2024, offering creative sushi and appetizers that capture the hearts of Minami's food connoisseurs in a hideaway space with a Japanese atmosphere. The menu has only one course, Today's Sushi Kaiseki. The course, centered around nigiri sushi, offers a variety of items, such as rare parts of tuna, aged ingredients with deepened flavor, and side dishes using high-grade seafood or wagyu beef in exquisite order, creating a delightful and festive atmosphere like a "sushi theater." The restaurant serves lunch and dinner on weekdays and all day on weekends, providing flexible hours to accommodate various schedules.
