The oysters, which are purified in the deep ocean water of Toyama Bay for more than 48 hours, are excellent quality goods with a beautiful appearance and a remarkable balance of texture and flavor. A variety of dishes that go well with wine are available, including the "Seasonal Oyster Plate," which features fresh oysters sourced daily. Located on the fourth floor of Cocono Susukino, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the casual and warm atmosphere of the restaurant has a good balance of counter and table seating.
