Maruyasu is a restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine carefully prepared by the owner, Mr. Oguri. The 8—to 9-course menu features "clay pot rice" and abundant seasonal ingredients. Finishing the meal with "handmade soba noodles" freshly made daily is also a great option. The restaurant's interior, inspired by a tea ceremony room and overflowing with the warmth of cedar wood, is cozy, with only counter seating. The cooking technique of the skilled chef and rising aromas unfolding before you will make your mealtime special. Although only courses are served basically, a la carte orders are also available. A selection of sake that goes well with the dishes is provided as well. The conversation with the owner is enjoyable, and the restaurant is comfortable to use not only for important anniversaries but also for business and everyday use.
