Edo Yakiniku_Taisuke Chikashige

Mr. Chikashige was born in 1988 in Osaka. At Yakiniku Nishiazabu Kenshiro, he learned the spirit of high quality service and customer satisfaction. He also has an artisan-like side to him, as he likes looking at the form of the meat after cutting as well as the meat's expression. He shows off his skills every day to see the smiles of his guests, who feel his food is truly delicious.
