At Sichuan Dentou Hinabe Shokukan Shinsaibashi Branch, a chef trained at Sichuan shows his skills. This hotpot specialty restaurant lets guests enjoy traditional Sichuan flavors. Among the variety of soup bases, their standard Sichuan Mala Soup, which luxuriously uses Sichuan pepper, red pepper, and spices, features an exquisite balance of spicy flavors and numbing sensations.
