Sushi Matsumoto (Gion｜Sushi)

A well-known store in Edomae sushi in Kyoto that people know. The Michelin star has also been won. Only in the day and night. Sushi with pickling, adding, and simmering is just the essence of Edo-mae. The end is a souffle-like omelet, which also shines with craftsmanship. I'm glad to be able to bring a well-mouthed guest with my heart. Local sake is also fulfilling. I also handle rare sake.

A 5-minute walk from Gion Shijo Station, Edo Mae Sushi [Tsubaki Matsumoto] is a general's shop trained in Shimizu, Tokyo's Shinbashi. The rare Shari and "Tuna" made with red vinegar are excellent, and the lean fish of "Katsuo" is also highly recommended.

It is a famous Edo-style sushi restaurant in Gion. I was impressed by every single polite job. The exquisite salt plumes that are calculated and exhausted are nothing but superb.
