Mr. Konishi develops new wave Japanese cuisine that utilizes his extensive experience.

Nenju Bansairoku Tsuki Usagi_Yosuke Konishi

Mr. Konishi is from Kyoto. He entered the world of the chef after graduating from school. In his twenties, he trained in French and Italian restaurants, and in his thirties, he gained experience in Japanese cuisine in Osaka. He also trained at a sake brewery to deepen his knowledge of Japanese sake. Drawing on this extensive experience with many kinds of foods, he opened Tsuki Usagi in November 2014, offering modern Japanese cuisine that creatively blends the charms of both Japanese and Western foods.
