Morishima, located in Naha city, is an authentic Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal cuisine. The restaurant is bright and all the dishes made with seasonal ingredients according to the season are exquisite. My favorite dish is “Rice soup with rice”, which is simmered with Yanbar pork. I think that the softness of the simmered boiled meat and the dashi of the sauce are exquisite, and the sake goes on.
