Enjoy authentic tsukemen (dipping noodles) with a rich seafood and pork bone broth while taking in the view of Sapporo.
Located on the 4th floor of Cocono Susukino, in the ramen food hall "Mingle," is Kaminari-ken, one of the few tsukemen (dipping ramen) specialty restaurants in Sapporo. Their signature dishes are the "Rich Seafood Pork Bone" ramen, which concentrates the umami of several kinds of seafood and pork bones, and the "Light Japanese-style Soy Sauce" ramen, which offers a refreshing aftertaste. The appeal lies in being able to compare these contrasting flavors. The ramen is served with specially made noodles from Hokkaido-grown wheat that have a firm texture. Large portions are free, so even those with a big appetite will be satisfied with the volume. They also have thoughtful touches for children, such as noodle cutters and children's tableware. Located in an open, glass-walled food hall overlooking the city of Susukino, it's a place you can easily enjoy for a solo lunch, after work, a date, or a family meal.
