Asayoi Dotera (สถานี Kawaramachi ｜สร้างสรรค์)

Born in Kagawa Prefecture in 1977, he aspired to become a chef after seeing his mother's delight at the food he cooked as a child. After training at an Italian restaurant, he joined Hirai Culinary System, where he excelled not only as a chef but also as a restaurant manager and general manager. In 2022, amidst the adversity of the COVID-19 pandemic, he opened his own restaurant, Pao Toratora, with the motto "Let's rise up even in the worst times!", which quickly became a popular spot. In 2026, aiming for further evolution, he opened Asayoi Dotera. He continues to take on challenges with the desire to "bring smiles to many people through food."
