Mr. Suzuki serves Japanese delicacies centered on food from Okinawa and his home prefecture Miyagi.
Mr. Suzuki was born in 1977 in Miyagi Prefecture. He honed his skills at local restaurants such as Abumiya and Sakanaya Rin, and later gained experience as a chef in Okinawa. At Erakokyu, he encountered Okinawan food culture, shaping his career as a chef. He now serves as head chef at Sakanaya Panda Tei, delighting guests daily with Japanese masterpieces that feature the flavors of his native Miyagi as well as those of Okinawa.
