From the chef
Wanting to be a chef ever since he was young, Mr. Kashiwagi grew into an exceptional cook.
Mr. Kashiwagi was born in 1979 in Nagano. He loved eating from a young age, especially ramen, and dreamed of working as a chef because of it. He honed his skills mainly at ramen and Japanese restaurants and is now working as a chef at Mendorobo, which opened in February 2026.
