Ms. Shinzato's experience with organic cuisine inspired her to make healthy dishes.
Ms. Shinzato was born in Okinawa in 1986. While spending her days as a housewife, she worked part-time at an organic cafe. Through that experience, she came to know the high quality of the seasonings and ingredients used there, which made her want to serve food that is good for the body as well. After learning the basics of cooking, she set out to create healthy Okinawa soba with as few additives as possible. She aims to offer a bowl that she herself can truly enjoy, while respecting Okinawa's food traditions. She opened Waramaru in October 2023.
