After experiencing French cuisine and fine wine, express it all through the art of yakiniku.
Mr. Tanikoshi was born in Hokkaido in 1995. He grew up watching his mother work as a chef, which sparked an early curiosity about how home-cooked flavors differ in each household. He went on to study the fundamentals at Koen Gakuen Culinary and Confectionery College. After graduating, he spent four years training at a French restaurant. His interest in wine later led him to a wine bar in Susukino, where he worked as both bartender and head chef. A meeting with the company's president at the time eventually led him to the world of Japanese BBQ. He is now set to serve as head chef at RAZAN Yakiniku Restaurant Minami 4-jo Branch, which opened on March 12, 2026.
