Expressing Miyajima's charm through food: the passion of a culinary artist.

The owner, Mr. Ueda, supports the local cuisine prepared by his wife and her parents, while simultaneously sharing the charm of Miyajima. Since opening in 2016, the owner has worked with his Miyajima-native wife and her parents to preserve the unique flavors of Miyajima. His wife, who cultivated her skills and sensibility working in her family's restaurant since childhood, delivers the joy of savoring pure Miyajima oysters, and also introduces new ways to enjoy Anagomeshi. Bearing the desire for guests to "take the taste of Miyajima home as a travel memory," the owner creates a rich and memorable experience through food for all who visit.
