She entered the food and beverage industry after working part-time in high school. She enjoyed cooking and interacting with people, and naturally decided to pursue a career in the food and beverage industry. Through her experience in a variety of genres, including a kushikatsu restaurant, izakaya, shaved ice café, dining bar, and bar, she developed an interest in alcohol and cultivated a style that values the balance between food and drink. She is currently active at Bar.S. She aims to create an inviting space where everyone feels at home, emphasizing food, drinks, and ambiance, and dedicates herself to improving the establishment daily.
