Mr. Kawamura is inheriting a long-standing tradition, delivering the supreme deliciousness of Kobe Beef.

He was born in 1988 in Hyogo, the third generation of Bifuteki kawamura. Born and raised in a steak restaurant founded by his grandfather in 1972, he became familiar with Kobe Beef and teppanyaki from a young age. After gaining a broad perspective through experience in different industries, he trained for many years under his grandfather and his mother, the second-generation owner. He inherits "Kawamura-style" dedication to authenticity and high-level techniques, which include not only culinary skills and hospitality, but also personally inspecting the arrived meat. As the owner and chef, he embodies the true essence of beefsteak in all his restaurants.
