This taste is representative of "Ristorante Misato" and has not changed since the restaurant opened. An original blend of three different types of wood chips are used to smoke the scallops. Enjoy the refined aroma and flavor. We grow them ourselves with seeds imported from Italy. They are a beautiful red shade with a depth to their flavor, and when they are cooked, their sweetness becomes even more pronounced. We adjust the ingredients or seasonings of the dishes to pair them beautifully with the wine the customer has on the table.
