Ajikitcho Bunbuan may be located on the basement floor, but from the harmonious blend of teahouse-style architecture and a natural garden, you would never know it. The beautiful atmosphere makes this a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. Our menu changes monthly to make use of seasonal ingredients, and our kaiseki (course menu) dishes have a reputation for being both rich and delicate. We change our selection of sake (Japanese alcohol) and wine with the seasons, in order to offer those best suited to the current dishes' ingredients and cooking methods.
