Sushi Tsukino-ne offers a combination of Edomae Sushi and Sake in a space where traditional Japanese beauty and modern sophistication are in perfect harmony. The "Hon-Maguro Nigiri," made with carefully selected bluefin tuna sourced directly from the Osaka Municipal Wholesale Market, is meticulously prepared for freshness and quality, with each piece individually handcrafted by the chef. The sake selection boasts a wide range, including rare labels sourced from breweries across Japan, all of which are exceptionally compatible with sushi. The first floor exclusively offers courses, featuring a counter crafted from a single hinoki cypress slab and private rooms. The second floor provides both courses and à la carte dishes, complete with spacious table seating and semi-private rooms. With its luxurious setting decorated with Kumiko latticework and authentic flavor, the restaurant offers a warm welcome to visitors.
