The renowned yakitori restaurant Minami, located in Kitashinchi, Osaka, has relocated to a new spot near Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station. In an elegant setting, guests can savor omakase courses crafted by Mr. Minami, a seasoned yakitori chef trained at leading restaurants in Tokyo. His grilled skewers highlight exceptional technique, combining a rich aroma with a tender texture. While primarily utilizing Edo and Kanto-style yakitori techniques, the hospitality developed by Minami's sensitivity and experience is truly one-of-a-kind. The elegant space, complete with a counter, is perfect for dinners with important guests or intimate dates for two couples. The drink list includes around 60 wines, as well as carefully selected sake, shochu, and whiskey. Each beverage is chosen to pair perfectly with the yakitori.
