The menu is the "Omakase Course" served in two parts, at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. While respecting the basics of Japanese cuisine that focuses on dashi (Japanese soup stock), the restaurant offers creative dishes that reflect a unique sensibility. In particular, the Gyudon (beef rice bowl) to finish the meal is available in a choice of sizes, and many guests are charmed by its flavor.
