The Motsunabe has an exquisite deep-flavored broth made from the best soup stock, and the sesame mackerel made from fresh mackerel has a unique flavor and texture. Both are well-reputed delicacies that provide a taste of Kyushu's flavor. The restaurant prepares a wide range of courses and a la carte dishes. It especially boasts the Motsunabe Course with All-You-Can-Drink, which can be reserved on the day and available by one person. As such, everyone is welcome, from one person to a group of friends, to a date, to a family with children, to spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere.
