The new restaurant, where you can enjoy Edo-mae sushi combining Edo cuisine, which is the origin of Edo-mae sushi, with recipes deciphered from 200-year-old documents, has opened in Akasaka, Minato-ku, in the heart of Tokyo. It offers courses of Edo-mae sushi and Edo cuisine, carefully prepared by artisanal chefs using seasonal ingredients. The head chef is a dedicated sushi chef who has trained and honed his skills at sushi restaurants in Tokyo.
