It offers a wide variety of dishes such as "Negimamire Gyutan Shio (salted beef tongue covered with green onions)," refreshing and richly flavored with green onions, and "Ooban Harami (large outside skirt)," thick, satisfying, yet tender and juicy. For sake lovers, carefully selected excellent sake such as Kubota, Dassai, and Hakkaisan are recommended. In the restaurant, smoking is allowed, and the atmosphere is relaxed. In addition, the meat is cut in the open kitchen and served. The beautifully presented dishes can be enjoyed by the eyes as well.
