The masterpieces, which use freshly slaughtered chicken delivered directly daily, include Torisashi raw chicken, charcoal-grilled chopped thigh meat, and grilled chicken. The sashimi, which lets one enjoy seasonal fresh fish, has a rich variety, and the appearance and the taste are highly satisfying.
