Meticulously selected unagi is expertly prepared, considering each unagi's unique characteristics, then grilled one by one using artisanal techniques. For those who want to taste both Shirayaki (unseasoned grilled eel) and Kabayaki (graze-grilled eel), the "Comparison Red and White Unaju (two-tiered box)" is highly recommended. The signature "Kinpaku Mabushi Unaju" covered luxury with gold leaf is also a must-try delicacy. A wide selection of wines and Fukui Prefecture sake are also available for pairing with eel.
