Jiu Gong Ge Hot Pot - hot pot enjoyed in a traditional style originating from the Chongqing region of China

This rich and stimulating soup, which incorporates tens of varieties of Chinese medicine, is served in a pot divided into nine partitions in a small grid. Guests can choose from three levels of spiciness, making the order-made sensations appealing to both beginners and spicy food enthusiasts.

Five kinds of courses are available for groups of four or more. In particular, the 6,900 JPY course, which features all-you-can-drink and encompasses the restaurant's popular items, is highly recommended. The menu is extensive, starting with appetizers, followed by a variety of hot pot ingredients, a rice dish, and a dessert to finish the meal.

It is a Sichuan specialty that uses fresh pork seasoned with various spices. Carefully prepared in the restaurant by a Sichuan-native chef, it is cooked right after being ordered. The outside is crispy, and the inside is moist and tender. Guests will want to devour it piping hot.

"Kiu Gong Gu Hotpot" has a deep flavor with spices from Sichuan Province.

This popular dish combines a rich broth made from simmering chicken bones for a long time with a soup made from naturally fermented seasonings, and contains chili peppers, Chinese peppercorns, dates, goji berries, and other ingredients imported from Sichuan Province.
