Sumiyaki Jidori SANZO, which reuses a quaint old private house, offers a special moment in the comfortable nature. Fresh Jidori chicken slaughtered in the morning is characterized by thick and chewy meat. Its flavor deepens as you chew, which you will enjoy on the "Jidori (sauce)," grilled slowly over charcoal while repeatedly dipping it in the house-made sauce. Courses are also available where you can enjoy a full selection of Jidori chicken dishes, and the style of cooking by yourself using a charcoal grill gives it a special feel. The restaurant is equipped with irori (hearth) seating, counter seating with sunken kotatsu, and terrace seating, providing a quiet mountain setting where you can enjoy a meal while looking over beautiful scenery from season to season. It is also perfect for family reunions, dates, and banquets.
