Here, you can enjoy Kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), featuring the finest rice and dashi broth, carefully cooked to order. Open the lid, and you will find the rice fluffy and shiny, with steam coming out of the pot. The aroma of rich broth and the sweetness of the rice spread in your mouth, warming you deeply.
