It is a calm restaurant you want to visit with your loved ones. With only counter seating, it is a luxurious and refined Japanese-style space. Jazz music plays in the background, creating the atmosphere of a quiet hideaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner himself carefully selects and buys ingredients with a focus on freshness. Fresh seafood and colorful seasonal vegetables, mainly from Hokkaido, are used. Tempura fried in an original blend of a representative high-grade oil, "Taihaku sesame oil" and "cottonseed oil," is less likely to upset the stomach and has a refreshing taste that people of all ages can enjoy.
