UMAMIDOKORO WARAJI_Katsutoshi Ninokubo

Mr. Ninokubo was born in Aomori Prefecture in 1982. He began working at an izakaya bar in Hachinohe after finishing school. After moving from the dining area to the kitchen, he became captivated by the joy of cooking and focused on his training. In 2010, at the age of 29, he opened UMAMIDOKORO WARAJI in Miroku Yokocho, Hachinohe Yatai Village. In 2019, the restaurant relocated to Muikamachi. While he prepares his sushi in a traditional and precise manner, he is also eager to make more creative dishes, being supported by many regulars with his diverse and appealing Japanese cuisine.
