This restaurant allows you to experience Kagoshima's food culture while staying in Tokyo. They use ingredients from Kagoshima including [KAGOSHIMA KUROUSHI] and [KAGOSHIMA KUROBUTA (black pork)], and serve dishes in a various cooking style such as [Shabu-Shabu] (meat parboiled with vegetables) and [Seiro-mushi] (food steamed in a bamboo basket). With those dishes, how about enjoying shochu (Japanese alcohol) from Kagoshima? They have a large selection, including Premium shochu and JA's original shochu. Inside the restaurant, you can feel Japanese atmosphere with semi-private table seats and horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu table) booths. It's the ideal venue for special occasions like business dinners and celebrations.
