Enjoy delicious ingredients from the Hokuriku area prepared with recipes unique to the region. This restaurant offers magnificent kaiseki cuisine (traditional Japanese course cuisine) to its guests. In 2019, it moved from central Fukui City to Aoyama. It began its fresh start with an even deeper commitment to the spirit of hospitality. Here, generous assortments of Fukui's seafood, vegetables, and other local ingredients are used to create luxurious kaiseki cuisine. These local flavors are perfectly complemented by Japanese sake sourced from local brewers. A sake pairing course is also available, allowing guests to enjoy a sublime marriage of flavors. With seven counter seats and four private rooms, this restaurant is an elegant space built in the sukiya-zukuri (traditional Japanese architecture) style. This is an ideal venue for entertaining visitors as well as for anniversaries, dates, and special family occasions.
