It opened in December 2018 as the second Japanese branch of the prestigious steakhouse with its flagship restaurant in New York. The Kyoto branch, combining traditional Japanese beauty with modern design, offers private rooms and counter seating, making it suitable for business entertainment, family gatherings, and sightseeing. In addition to USDA-certified "prime beef", it offers a wide variety of carefully selected ingredients, including Kyoto-produced Japanese Black and fresh seafood, available only at the Kyoto Branch.
