[Installation Table ENSO L'asymetrie du calme] is a French restaurant located within a house near the Sai River (Sai-gawa) of Kanazawa. Since opening in January 2016, they have been delighting customers with beautifully presented dishes that are based on delicate yet bold concepts. Makoto Doi, the chef-owner with years of experience in Japan and Europe, exhibits his skills in the fully open kitchen. He offers unique French dishes inspired by the outstanding ingredients of the Hokuriku Region and draws on his experience in Japanese cuisine. Both lunch and dinner are served as [Omakase Course] (chef's selection) only.
