The Anago restaurant [Nihonbashi Tamai], which everyone in the know knows, goes out when they want to eat delicious Anago. "Hakomeshi" with both grilled conger eel and boiled conger eel is a specialty. The soup is made from the bones, so you can enjoy it with "Dashi Chazuke" at the end. I like the interior of the store, which looks like an old folk house. There is also a limited number of lunch courses, so be sure to visit.
