Our top recommendation is the "Hida Beef Hitsumabushi (grilled beef served over rice) in a Heated Stone Dish" The Hida beef and rice comes served in a heated stone dish, still sizzling! It will really whet your appetite! Thanks to the stone dish, even the last part of the hitsumabushi, ochazuke (rice with broth or green tea poured over it), will be hot. We also offer a variety of other dishes and local Hida cuisine featuring brand-name Hida beef, unique to Takayama! Only three minutes walk from JR Takayama station, it's also conveniently near to the business hotels around the station.
