At our Otaru Jingisukan Club [Kitatogarashi Main Branch], 6-10 month-old lambs are used. Enjoy fresh and tender lamb with no smell. We stick to using local ingredients and pots from Otaru. Our refreshing home-made dressing goes perfectly well with fresh and tender lamb with a simple taste! Fully enjoy the authentic Jingisukan (Mongolian mutton barbecue) dishes cooked in the original pot using charcoal.
