Mr. Nakamura was born in 1993 in Aichi and is the 2nd restaurant head at steakhouse sharore. Born and raised in this restaurant, founded in 1985 by his parents, he was familiar with diverse ingredients and iron-griddled cooking ever since he was young. With his father as his mentor, he mastered cooking techniques and, in his teens, achieved professional level skill recognized by himself and others. After graduating college, he worked at a trading company for 8 years. While gaining work experience, he would drop by the restaurant and polish his cooking skills. Since 2023 he has led the restaurant as its 2nd head, and spends his days serving a wide range of guests with the amazing steak unique to Mikawa, a true treasure trove of delicious ingredients.
