The main dishes focus on Japanese-style grilled dishes, which is fresh fish or meat marinated in miso and other fermented seasonings to enhance their delicious flavors. Highly recommended is the Saikyo-Grilled Sablefish with Sea Bream in Sesame Sauce Set, where the rich taste of marinated sablefish combines with the delicate flavor of sea bream covered with sesame sauce. After enjoying the rice on its own, guests can pour warm dashi broth over it to turn it into ochazuke, letting guest enjoy it in a brand new way.
