Nagoya Cochin Ichiou Ginza, located on the 12th floor of the Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building, is a specialty restaurant for "Nagoya Cochin," a representative of Jidori chickens recognized as one of Japan's top three Jidori chicken breeds. The ingredients used are special "Nagoya Cochin" raised with careful attention to their environment and feed. The menu is rich in variety, from Kushiyaki (grilled skewers) that bring out the flavor of the ingredients to Oyakodon (chicken and egg bowl) that highlights the richness of the eggs, and Nabe (hot pot) dishes where the deliciousness of the chicken and dashi broth soaks in. You can truly experience the deep flavors and textures of their special "Nagoya Cochin." The interior of the restaurant is a high-quality Japanese space.
